What our guarantee covers and what it does not.

Covered

If in the unlikely event the entire driveway / patio fails all materials and labour are included
If in the unlikely event you get a crack in your driveway or patio we will repair the area of the problem, all materials and labour are included
Any repair work needed due to no fault of the customer or a 3rd party including materials and labour are included

Not Covered

Weed or moss growth
Colour fading of your driveway or patio
Accidental damage
Guarantee is not transferable to new owners should you sell the property
Natural disaster such as fire or flooding etc
3rd party damage such as skip placement, delivery drivers, builders etc

Maintenance Advice

Advice for keeping your driveway / patio looking its best for years to come.

We recommend once a month to walk over your driveway / patio and look for any potential weed growth, give any weeds a spray with weed killer of your choice, this only takes 10 minutes of your time usually.
You can clean your driveway / patio with a pressure washer should it need it, also we offer a clean and seal service.
Do not spill any harsh chemicals on your driveway such as white spirits or use any alloy wheel cleaners etc, especially on resin as this can dissolve the resin and damage it.
Do not dry turn the wheels on your car, try and make sure your car is moving rather than turning your steering wheel on the spot as this can scuff your driveway whether it be tarmac, resin or tar and stone.
If you need a skip on your driveway we recommend you put some wooden planks or sheets of ply wood underneath the skip, this will prevent it from damaging your driveway.
Avoid letting any delivery lorries on your driveway or very large vehicles as the weight of such vehicles could damage your driveway, normal vehicles such as cars, 4wds, or vans are fine.
